AGRODEP has launched a Member Satisfaction Survey of the AGRODEP Web Portal. The AGRODEP Web Portal is designed to provide users with relevant web-based resources and up-to-date information and news. The objective of the Member Satisfaction Survey is to measure members' overall satisfaction with the Portal, to identify areas of potential improvement, and to enable the AGRODEP web team to set appropriate priorities to enhance the Portal in the coming year. The Member Satisfaction Survey is conducted once annually and addresses user needs such as loading time, ease of navigation, and use of the blog and social media channels. The 2012 Member Satisfaction Survey will be open to AGRODEP members until mid-January 2013.
