The 2013 training course on Impact Evaluation and Analysis of Development Interventions part II is another opportunity for me to learn and improve my skill in analysing the impact of an intervention programme.
It has come and gone but its impact will remain ever fresh in our memories.
Of great importance to me is the application of the theory of what makes people act in a particular way in an economic or business situation, how to deal with attrition bias and how to measure programme impact in the presence of spillovers.
