Sakho-Jimbira, Maam Suwadu

Dr. Maam Suwadu Sakho-Jimbira is a citizen of Senegal. She has been an AGRODEP member since May, 2013. At the present, Maam Suwadu is a Environment and Climate Programme Officer at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). In this position, Maam Suwadu conducts research on issues related to agriculture and climate change adaptation, adaptive strategies of rural households among others. Before joining International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), Maam Suwadu worked for CIFOR in Bogor, Yaoundé and Ouagadougou- Center for Internationational Forestry Research- and ISRA in Dakar- Senegalese Institute for Agricultural Research. She holds a BA in Economic Sciences and Management from Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis, a MA in Economic Sciences and Management from Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis, and a Ph.D. in Economic Sciences from University of Montpellier I . She is specialized in Development Economics.
