Ouma, Emily Awuor

Dr. Emily Ouma is a citizen of Kenya. She has been an AGRODEP member since April, 2011. At the present, Emily is a a Scientist at the International Livestock Research Institute. In this position, Emily conducts economic research with the CIALCA Project. Before joining International Livestock Research Institute, Emily worked for International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI). She holds a BA in Agricultural Economics from Egerton University, a MA in Agricultural Economics from Egerton University, and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kiel. She is specialized in Applied Econometrics. She is interested in <p>micro-econometrics, discrete-choice modeling, impact and outcome assessments, environmental economics, cultural heritage economics, non-market valuation, forest economics, rural economics, food economics and agricultural value chains</p>
