Dr. Gaudiose Mujawamariya is a citizen of Rwanda. She has been an AGRODEP member since April, 2013. At the present, Gaudiose is a Rice Value Chain Expert at the AfricaRice. In this position, Gaudiose coordinate and ensure quality for research and consultancy, technology transfer, publications and their dissemination; generate income for the institute, especially through projects and consultancy bids; create a favorable research environment, publications and consultancy among staff and students within the institute; develop and follow up partnerships with other Universities and institutions in Research, country wide and abroad; and manage the publication of East African Journal of Science and Technology (www.eajscience.com ) and ensure its regularity and quality.. Before joining AfricaRice, Gaudiose worked for . She holds a BA in Economics from Stella Maris College/Madras University-India, a MSc in International Development Studies from Wageningen University/Netherlands, and a Ph.D. in Development Economics from Wageningen University/Netherlands.
