Dr. Damien MEDEDJI is a citizen of Benin. He has been an AGRODEP member since November, 2012. At the present, Damien is a Technical Assistant at the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Analysis. In this position, Damien Assist the General Manager in the coordination of technical activities; Support the Institute in the development of various reports on vulnerability and poverty in Benin, Support the Institute in carrying out impact studies on vulnerability and poverty in Benin, Support the Institute in economic studies. Before joining National Institute of Statistics and Economic Analysis, Damien worked for Institute for Empirical Research in Political Economy (IREEP) , ,MIMAP (Micro Impact of Macroeconomic and Adjustment Policies) fund by IDRC Ottawa -Canada,Consultant for Worldbank(BM), UNDP, UNICEF, GIZ, Benin Goverment. He holds a BA in Statistics/Institut National d'Economie (INE) from Université Nationale du Bénin (UNB), a MA in CERDI from Clermont-Ferrand (France), and a Ph.D. in CERDI from Clermont-Ferrand (France).
