Mbonigaba, Josue

Dr. Josue Mbonigaba is a citizen of Rwanda. He has been an AGRODEP member since July, 2015. At the present, Josue is a Associate Professor at the University of KwaZulu-Natal . In this position, Josue lecturing microeconomics and conducting research on development economics . Before joining University of KwaZulu-Natal , Josue worked for Attorneys Koobla and Sunker . He holds a BA in Economics from University of Rwanda , a MA in Economics from university of Natal , and a Ph.D. in Economics from University of KwaZulu Natal . He is specialized in Development Economics.
