Isaque MJoaquim

Mr. Isaque M. Joaquim was born into a humble family in a rural area in a small district called Chinde. He is a youth volunteer public and social sector enthusiast with several years of experience working across civil services, consultancy, and academia to improve the quality of young people's lives through youth advocacy, education, and mentorship. He has been humbled to live, learn from, and share his knowledge and skills in different countries.

His undergraduate degree in Agro-food Economics and training with an advanced MBA in Financial Management have seen Isaque serve from grassroots with farmers through financial institutions to academia.

As an academician and a pan-African who promotes youth empowerment and engagement in decision-making, gender and education, he is committed to passing on this flame of pan-Africanism to other talented and aspiring leaders across the continent by empowering youth through mentorship, value-based leadership training, career guidance/advice, and admissions to universities. Now, with a postgraduate degree in economics, he will continue freelancing with consultancy in financial services, mentorship, and training for young people in business and entrepreneurship. In the future, Isaque aspires to be a professor at one of the pan-African universities, where he will establish and maintain professional and research networks.
