Jumbe, Charles

Dr. Charles Jumbe is a citizen of Malawi. He has been an AGRODEP member since April, 2013. At the present, Charles is a Associate Research Professor at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. In this position, Charles Conduct research in agriculture, natural resources, development and environment. Before joining Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Charles worked for Malawi Government (Department of Economic Planning and Development, Ministry of Energy and Mining & Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. He holds a BS in Rural Development from University of Malawi, Bunda College of Agriculture, MALAWI, a MA in Department of Economics from University of Malawi, Chancellor College, MALAWI, and a Ph.D. in Department of Economics and Resource Management from Norwegian University of Life Sciences, NORWAY. He is specialized in Applied Econometrics. He is interested in <p>Conducting situational analyses, baseline studies, mid-term and terminal evaluation of development interventions in the fields of agriculture, natural resource management and environment.</p>
