The Network Advisory Committee meeting (NAC) will be held on June 23 at the IFPRI-Dakar office in Senegal. The NAC is a consultative group of individuals representing key African institutions that are active in the area of economic growth and policy research and capacity building. The Committee provides advice to the Consortium on the content and delivery of networking activities. The Committee is co-chaired by the representatives of the Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in East and Central Africa (ASARECA) and the West and Central African Council on Agricultural Research and Development (CORAF/WECARD).
On June 23, 2012, members of NAC will get together at the IFPRI-Dakar office to discuss the network activities of AGRODEP. Dr. Ismael Fofana, the AGRODEP network coordinator, will host the meeting and provide an overview of AGRODEP's network activities. NAC members will discuss the NAC membership and Terms of References, AGRODEP Network Activities (Network Coordinator), and other important topics related to AGRODEP network activities.
